Cancellation Policy
Tidy Paws Cancellation Policy At Tidy Paws, we understand that plans can change. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled service time to allow our technicians time to adjust their route plans. 2. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made easily online. Please visit our website at www.tidypawscleanup.ca and follow the instructions provided. You will need your booking reference number, which can be found in your confirmation email. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled service, or if our team arrives and is unable to access your yard, a refund will not be applied. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Rescheduling can also be done online through our website. 5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency and need to cancel within 12 hours, please contact our customer service team directly at info@tidypawscleanup.ca as soon as possible. 6. Refunds: Your service can be canceled at any time. If you have pre-paid for your service and changed your mind, please contact our team at info@tidypawscleanup.ca with a description of the situation, and we will apply a refund to the card you used to sign up.
